Artichoke Dip

This recipe is good for about 5 or 6. Double it for the usual hut trip numbers, or adjust for hungry folks.

Double the amounts below for the usual hut trip numbers, or adjust for hungry folks.

  • 14 oz artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup each of:
    • mayo
    • grated parmesian
    • cream cheese
  • add some lemon juice (e.g., 1/2 lemon)
  • garlic (lots)
  • cayenne (to taste, approx 1 tsp)
  1. Chop and mix.
  2. Bake 350C for 40 minutes
